A man who allegedly shot at deputies in Southwest Virginia was apprehended Tuesday night in Kingsport, but not before the van he and a woman occupied rammed vehicles at a shopping center, forcing police to pin them in with a squad car.
KINGSPORT — More than six weeks after a 4-year-old child was found dead under reportedly suspicious circumstances, an investigation into the incident is continuing.
